What are the SDGs?

The SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) are common goals for the international community set out in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, which was adopted at the United Nations Summit in September 2015. They consist of 17 goals and 169 targets by 2030, and aim to realize a sustainable society by addressing a variety of issues, including the economy, society, and the environment.
